Why Cold Pressed Juice?

At Potion Juicery we use the cold-pressed method for juicing. This is the healthiest and best way to make juice from fruit and vegetables. Instead of using a centrifugal machine with high speed rotating blades, fresh fruits and vegetables are pressed using a hydraulic press juicer that applies enormous pressure to extract the nectar directly from the pulp. Therefor the fruits and vegetables are not exposed to heat, meaning the oxidation process is slowed down, leaving you with the purest and most nutritious juice possible. The cold-pressed method allows enzymes to stay alive, resulting in raw “living” juice with maximum nutrients for 3-4 days.
